Roading/Streets
Reported Tuesday, 18 August 2020 at 11:21 am, 919 Colombo Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There is a high traffic light that is hanging at a weird angle, looking like the top is hanging on by one cable. It has been like this for a while so may be on purpose, but there doesn't seem to be a reason for it. On Bealey pointing west, but could be on Columbo or Manchester corner, cant recall, but one of the streets around there.
