Graffiti
Reported Monday, 24 August 2020 at 6:47 pm, 1–3, Governors Bay Road, Cass Bay, Canterbury, 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The pipe on the footpath below Governors Bay Rd. Between Cass Bay and Corsair Bay is frequently attacked with graffiti. Perhaps painting the pipe green instead of white may make it less like a blank canvas.
