Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 17 February 2016 at 10:08 am, 2, Alfred Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
NB: No photo as I was driving - anonymous looking small grey metal utility box on northern side Brougham St - just west of stones from old church owned by Sydenham Heritage Trust. Box was badly buckled - vandalised? Concern is whether it's "live" or not?
