Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Sunday, 6 September 2020 at 9:34 am, 25 Cross Street, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This address needs a new recycling (yellow lid) bin. The lid has been smashed off and so their recycling causes masses of gull to pull it apart or it empties/ blows onto the street.
