The reporter’s words
we saw 3 near crashes in a matter of minutes. After a long time of street repairs, I don't think people coming off Edgeware Road turning right can see the low stop sign at all. Nobody was stopping, and traffic moving along Barbadoes Street was tooting etc as cars turned into oncoming traffic.
