Since we have moved to this property, this lawn is very terribly old and overgrown. Yet the type of lawn is different with our neighborhood. Lots of Wild grass n weeds, too hard to taking care of cos it grows so fast than the neighbors one. Pics as attached, hope you can do something it. Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible.
