For CTOC Lane closure for Hereford St project has cones blocking pedestrian route across Hereford St at Durham St. Not sure why it is necessary to put hazards in front of pedestrians - apparently pedestrian safety is less important than having the "taper" (even if it is at the wrong end of the closure ...)
