The reporter’s words

For CTOC Redundant TTM sign creating a trip hazard for pedestrians. First photo is from 22 Oct, 2nd is today showing sign hasn't been moved in over 48hrs (unless Fulton Hogan carefully recreated the trip hazard after using the sign...) Since I know CTOC are useless at addressing/ removing these hazards, I brought it over to the CCC offices to make it easier for you to deal with (or if you ignore it as you normally do, it doesn't present a hazard to the general public...)
