For CTOC HEB have placed an"Extreme Care Cyclists Merging" sign on Gloucester St 270m before the taper forcing motorists onto the shoulder/into the eastbound cycle lane. Whilst I normally have an issue with no advance warning being provided, 1/4 km is just too far away to be remembered when drivers actually get to the merging cyclists...
