Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Wednesday, 23 March 2016 at 4:14 pm, 190, Geraldine Street, Edgeware, 8013, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Vacant totally overgrown site being used for dumping rubbish, including food scraps, bags being torn open by rodents / animals whatever and contents blown about. This is a health hazard to say nothing of any other hazard the site poses. Why can't the owner be made to clear the site, put up no dumping signs or whatever. There is also a house next door which appears to be abandoned and its section is equally overgrown.
