Reported Tuesday, 29 March 2016 at 5:13 pm, 38A, Park Terrace, Christchurch, 8013, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Why is the new 30kmh sign in Park Terrace in the middle of the footpath? This isn't safe for visually impaired people who wouldn't be expecting it!
