Hello. I have discussed my concerns with the owner of this property, which has been an issue for a couple of years now. That is, the run off from this property across footpath and near a dangerous intersection frequented by articulated trucks and children! This mucky runoff requires people to go out onto Godley Quay, close to the corner where there is very little time to see oncoming traffic. It is also very slippery and worse in winter! It would be just great if the owner can be served with a notice to fet this plumbing issue running off from her property repaired please. We even had a street resident who got around in a mobility scooter and I often wondered how his traction was getting through the sludge! The property has been a short term rental, so only evident when rented. Thank you for ypur time and assustance with getting this issue sorted. NB: location is Corner of Simeon Quay and Godley Quay (top of Godley Quay)
