Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 13 April 2016 at 11:11 am, 127, Paparoa Street, Papanui, 8053, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Cracking in the relatively new pavement. A little tar patching is probably all that's required to keep it from getting worse. Some over the pipes, possibly earthquake related. Some around the white centreline which may be caused by the heat differential between the black and white.
