The reporter’s words
Whilst removing some topsoil I exposed what appears to be the street master main less than 100mm from the surface. Secondly it appears to be laid considerably inside my boundary as shown on my cadastral survey plan from 2017. Perhaps this was only an emergency line laid after the earthquake? It should be installed 600mm deep and outside of my boundary line.
