Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Friday, 29 January 2021 at 4:51 am, 500 Saint Asaph Street, Phillipstown, Chch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This elderly woman - Margaret Cordey @ 500/3 Saint Asaph Street Phillipstown continues to throw out unwashed Margarine containers into the Yellow Lid Recycle Bin thus contaminating all the other recyclable products. This has been happening since she has moved in almost three years ago. I only caught her out by chance yesterday morning when I was looking from the upstairs balcony looking down onto the carpark and recycle bins.
