On last Tuesday, Higgins spread a pile of dangerous shingle up Mt Pleasant Road. Basically ball bearo gs and highly dangerous for bimes and motorbimes. Needs to be swept and the correct shape stones applied. On a matter of time before tjere is a serious accident.
