Graffiti
Reported Tuesday, 9 February 2021 at 5:18 pm, 26, Oxford Street, Lyttelton, Canterbury, 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Tagging is totally out of hand since there was a halt to removing it from historic walls. The place feels unsafe and is an embarrassment. Something needs to be done, please! Thanks
