Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 11 February 2021 at 2:15 pm, 91 Main North Road, Canterbury 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Drivers turning right from Grassmere onto Main North Road are failing to stop on right turning arrow, which is there to protect pedestrians and cyclists using the crossing. Perhaps the circle-shaped lights should be replaced so there are only left and right turn arrows to avoid confusion? I've had several close calls already. It's great to have Grassmere co trolled by lights, but only if drivers respond correctly.
