Reported Saturday, 27 February 2021 at 7:20 pm, 52 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Traffic lights for always take unbelievable amount of time to switch green for pedestrians and cyclists. Everyone just ignores them and cross on red light. This requires a fix as it is now basically useless.
