Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 1 June 2016 at 5:13 pm, 380 St Asaph St, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The footpath was dug up in 2015 but never resealed. It's OK for pedestrians, but wheelchairs would struggle as the level is different from the footpath on either side.
