The reporter’s words
person walking two dogs off leads allowed the dogs to approach me despite my hand ? in stop position. I had to turn and run away as the big dog wouldn't return to owner. The owner became abusive, told me to fuck off away from this park and called me a "something" cunt repeatedly. I was scared of him and his dogs. On the way off the park I pointed at the sign and read it out loud to him. It needs repainting and repositioning as it's ineffective ATM. I was worried for my safety and will report him to police as well.
