As a result of poor design and failure to consider user interaction has resulted in the many issues that continue to plague this road. council staff are aware of the issues yet negelct to act properly and ensure the layout is removed. this shows council staff are incomptent and not able to be responsible and address issues with the citys infrastructure when raised.
