Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 8 April 2021 at 3:19 pm, Manchester St near Salisbury St, Canterbury 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Pedestrian button is broken on the west side of the street, northbound. When you push it, nothing happens, the red ped light doesn't come on and there's no green ped crossing phase when the lights change. Given Salisbury is one way, would it be easier just to put a permanent ped call on here? (There might well be good reasons not to, that I'm not aware of, of course)
