Reported Thursday, 22 April 2021 at 8:51 am, 79, Worcester Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Punting platform beside Worcester Bridge. Excessive bird crap from Canada Geese. These beautiful but invasive birds need to be culled and numbers severely reduced, sadly. Due to their size they leave massive amounts of their dung lying around - causing pollution to the Avon and spreading the risk of avian disease to humans. ChCh people don’t want to start a Covid 20 I’m sure.
