Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 24 April 2021 at 1:02 pm, 202, Hereford Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I was walking along the shared cycle and pedestrian way through Rauora Park and a BMW vehicle drove up onto the pavement and along the laneway, forcing me to walk onto the grass. Thankfully they were driving at a low speed, often uber deliveries speed down the laneway. This is a danger for any residents walking out of their apartment’s front door onto the laneway. Please replace the concrete barriers for pedestrian safety.
