Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 6 May 2021 at 10:39 pm, FJG7+79 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
path sensors do not reliably detect bicycles. one of my bikes, no matter what I do, I cannot get the sensors to detect me. please adjust sensor. also mark ground with diamonds to indicate best bike position. there are currently many cuts in the pavement and it is confusing where the sensor may be it could also be worth considering putting a button to press and/or making bike crossing activate at the same time as the adjacent pedestrian crossing
