The reporter’s words
Someone has dug a drain in the reserve from there house to the estuary. It is not only an illegal drain but it is also a health and safety issue. Apparently during the flood, the nearby house was flloding so they took it upon themselves to bring in a digger and did a drain from their house, across the walking track and out to the estuary. Its dangerous, illegal, muddy and unsightly. Could you please come and inspect.
