The reporter’s words
Abandoned Nissan Mistral has been left outside 4a Ludhiana street for weeks. Not to a warrantable standard as the front left tire is completely flat and the rear window is half down. Police have been notified but have refused to act. The car is parked in a dangerous spot making turning right out of Sapphire street on to Ludhiana street difficult.
