PARKING ON FOOTPATH: All of these vehicles are parked on the footpath. Their registrations are clearly visible for follow up. The footpath is clearly marked and signed as a footpath for pedestrians and cycles at both ends. These cars went on to drive down the footpath to Hereford Street (from Cashel Street).
