Re: CSR 92122900 Image depicts Krazy Price Mart staff member asleep in a car parked in the same place for weeks at a time that is used for this purpose. His arm is angled over his head toward the far door. This image taken TUES 23 AUG16 in the morning. Is this freedom camping?
