The reporter’s words

I thought I'd let you know that I have noticed 11 cars today driving along Huanui Lane (at various speeds) today out my office window. Most just drive 1 block, typically the two southern blocks, I assume to avoid the traffic on Manchester St. Could the concrete blocks and metal bollards be put back? I realise it is perhaps legal for them to drive in the shared space, but it could be come a real rat run if people catch on and is not needed as no property access or parking on the lane. Also, although no one has parked there during the day, 3 cars have now pulled up at 5pm. I assume they will be there overnight and relying on no enforcement outside daytime hours. Putting the bollards back would also prevent this. Thanks
