Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 9 August 2021 at 9:39 am, 293, Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
These photos show a car travelling northwest along Ferry Rd and turning into a left lane that is intended and marked as a cycleway. Drivers can very easily be mislead by this lane having an opening that is right sized for cars. This cycle entry point could be made clear by adding more of the brightly coloured marker posts installed on each side of the opening.
