Wheelie bins - CCC requires everyone to have our wheelie bins in by 11pm on collection days. It is now Friday - collection day is Monday. At 278 Gloucester Street there are SEVEN bins that have been out all week - i notice them when I walk past on my way to and from work. This is a regular occurrence with the number of bins left out all week varying in number. It looks hideous week in week out. Please do something about it. Thank you.
