Parks
Reported Thursday, 26 August 2021 at 10:08 am, Riccarton Avenue, Canterbury 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Please open the toilets in Hagley Park. I witnessed 3 people using bushes as toilets yesterday. Also a baby being held to defecate in the bushes by the main walking path. If the park is open the toilets need to be too. This is a health hazard.
