This path adjacent to 26 Canterbury St Lyttelton is the only access we have to our house (renting) at 36a London St Lyttelton. Is the footpath, drain, verge etc council owned and managed? Could we expect the drain and grass verge to be maintained? None of the owners of the land surrounding it believe it’s their responsibilty. Please advise.
