Person illegally parked blocking riverbank walkway and too close to the stop sign. there is a council bylaw which states that it is not permitted to park on the grass verges beside the river. this person parks there all day everyday during the whitebait season and has done so for many years. he also periodically leaves his nets as he did today. He has damaged the new riverside plantings Registration DUK 898
