The reporter’s words

Last night around 8pm driving in the CBD there were several extremely bright lights. It first started with a road constrution truck with flashing lights and a bright screen telling drivers to move into one lane. These lights were so bright i imediately felt the need to shut my eyes - my friend who was also in the car stated they were bright enough to lead to a headache. I personally suffer from migraines, as i know many other people do, so bright signage such as this have continuing affect on me. When we pulled over for me to have some water and painkillers we were parked across from more very bright signage! Then to follow up the truck drove past again - which provided for an opportunity to film it from the side of the road. Is there any sort of brightness capacity for the CBD? Bright and flashing lights/quick changing billboard can be a health hazard for people. I end up going home instantly to bed and suffering a migraine all night and today it is still continuing. I have never occured any migraines before from driving at night and you can see in these photos compared to the street light these other screens are very bright - directly behind or beside them while driving is even worse. Thank you for your time. Edit: unfortunately the app wont allow for a video to be uploaded.
