The reporter’s words

Hello. I really appreciate the great work tge parks teams are soung with all the native plantings - thank you! Unfortunately, as part of the Te Ana development at Lyttelton - this area on the East side of Godley Quay, along the verge of the road has had no native plantings. This is sn area known for its native skinks. I would really appreciate seeing this area planted up with skink loving ground plants… all along this bank. It would also be welconed bybthe kotare/kingfisher - the guardian of Whakaraupo/Lyttelton harbour. Is it possible please tonokant up this area accordingly? I asked LPC - but they said its CCC responsibility. As you will aee, LOC have dobe a great jobbover the fence frim this area. Thsnk you for your time and consideration with this request. Kind regards.
