What a disgrace - our footpaths on the Main Street! Cannot believe the hoops the council have had me jumping throgh for a historic building I am converting into a business. I have paid thousands of dollars and pay rates on two Akaroa buildings. Get your act together and stop making fools of us, clean up your act and our streets - PLEASE?
