The reporter’s words

This road outside my house was paved about a month ago. Unfortunately the work was substandard, the paving is quickly disintegrating, it is now an eyesore and is now polluting the ocean. I would hope that the work crew responsible for this is reviewed as this work was a waste of tax payer dollars.
