The reporter’s words
Is it possible to install a council rubbish bin at the estuary end of plover street? as alot of people are walking their dogs along the red zone track and leaving plastic poo bags along the way. The next closest council bin to here is at the end of rockinghorse rd spit toilet or by the corner of Estuary Rd which is why people are probably leaving them there.
