Water Leak

The reporter’s words
At the end of Kyeburn Place there’s a water leak. The water is leaking from the hole marked B on the first photo. This leak is not coming from my storm water. My storm water drains from the house to hole A and then flows to hole B to go to the street. From the photos attached water in hole A is not flowing towards hole B. The water coming to the street from hole B is coming out from under the PVC tube (third photo). There is no leaks from inside the properties since the meters are not moving. I have attached photos from 10 and 10A I also spoke with 8C and their meter is static. Please send a unit to check the leak on council property.
