These new apartments corner Peterborough & Manchester, have been told by the developer that this section of land is responsible for the CCC to landscape. Is this correct? Can you help us as local residents to establish who may plant this corner out so they weeds are gone? I would be so grateful if someone could call me on 021 242 0914 to let me know please.
