Lawn conditions are shocking, dead and covered in debris. Ready lawn was laid last year with no irrigation system or watering schedule. Water was ‘stolen’ from the restaurant next door without asking permission - the restaurant pays commercial water rates and asked the council contractors to find an alternative water supply however further watering didn’t occur.
