Reported Tuesday, 12 October 2021 at 8:07 am, 1 Sir James Wattie Drive, Hornby South, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Traffic management, why does this happen you have two lanes going down to one lane only to then go back to two lines, easy fix remove the first lot of cones put up a sign saying right hand turn only and another say left turn or straight through, the way it is at present dies not make sense and all it does is hold every one up. This Higgins road works area has been a complete stuff up from day one about time someone got this sorted my grandchildren would .make a better job of organizing this!!! It's another CCC and Higgins department debacle :(
