Papanui Domain mowing job is sub standard. This is a ground that has competitive softball (including Premier Grade games) played on it every weekend. What mowing is done leaves big lumps of grass all over the park. The grass adjacent to the fences has not been cut since the fences were put up appx 6 wks ago.
