Parks
Reported Monday, 22 November 2021 at 11:39 am, 34, Saint David's Street, Lyttelton, Canterbury, 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Please remove this bench seat from the Lyttelton Rose Garden (above skate park between Oxford St and St David’s St) which has been commandeered from somewhere maybe the school to the back of the rose gardens as a druggie and tagger hang out. I bumped into a really sifty guy yesterday morning who gave me a paranoid look like he was tweaking and I felt very unsafe. No one else around. Signs of meth (point bags) and homemade bongs, condoms are now regular at this place. It used to feel fairly safe and no longer does.
