The reporter’s words
Re lack of rubbish bins and dog waste bins in the Longhurst Halswell parks & reserves. I have asked before & the problem was between the developers & the council. People now drop rubbish, leave broken bottles, drop dog waste bags etc. Can we as ratepayers please have the basics i.e.Rubbish bins in public areas. Also there are no rubbish bins in the shopping & cafe areas. Thank you for your assistance Judy & Len Wilson-parr 16 Piper street Halswell 0211521607
