Leitch Street has flooded numerous times & will flood even more with new developments proposed within the street. An upgrade or major improvements have to be made to the infrastructure / drainage of Leitch Street or the CCC should allow less high density developments within this street. Enough is enough for this flood prone street already!! Please note this particular flood & photos were taken on 15th December - after only some rain within a few hours only.
