Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 25 December 2021 at 12:31 pm, 95, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There is a tube poking a couple of centimetres out if the paving. It’s very difficult to see and poses a significant hazard for scooters or walkers with limited vision. It’s extremely easy to trip over.
